The Better Man Campaign is aimed at men who have been abusive in their relationships and are ready to change their lives. The campaign is shaped by real stories of men who asked for help and became safer and more loving around their partner's and children. Better men create a safer world for women and children. Are you worried about some of the things you say or your behaviour in your relationship? Want to get help to change? It takes courage and commitment to admit to yourself that you have a problem and to seek the help that you need to change it.

We understand how anxious you may be feeling when you first make that call. Specialist services are waiting so they can support you step by step, in a non-judgemental, respectful way. They can help you to develop the internal skills needed so that you can relate to others in a non-abusive and more loving way

Using violence or abuse is a choice. Get help to stop now.  Asking for support could get you the help you need to transform your life, reduce your drug and alcohol use and  help you start to rebuild your relationships with the people you love.
